BED HEAD

“Bed Head” is a piece that embodies rest. With its plush surfaces, crouched stature and neutral tones sleep is irresistible. Stimulating all of you senses though the use of a softly carved Ash frame, warm wool, topped with thick Mongolian horse hair for play and a nook hidden in the headboard for a moment of silence. This bed brings to life the monster under your bed and makes them your cozy friend.

Often sleep is something we have to chase. Its an aspect of health and wellness that it so important yet we can’t always seem to get enough. Studies have shown that a clam sleep environment with little distractions can aid in achieving optimum levels of rest. Noise reduction, soft stimulation, and a neutral interior color palate are just a few of the methods that we can use to create a perfect sleep environment. “Bed Head” is my personal take on how to have a comfy, sleep oasis while still keeping things interesting. The childlike play on the creature form of “Bed Head” embodies both the bedtime monster folklore one hears as a child while still being as comfy as your childhood stuffed animal.
